SpaceViewer has launched its Aerial Atlas to facilitate the sharing and geotagging of aerial pictures.
And then a new challenge appeared. What if we image the whole earth from the air?
To build a global, comprehensive album, SpaceViewer develop a proprietary geoprojection technology in order to enhance the user experience when surfing the Aerial Atlas.
The Aerial Atlas accepts pictures from very diverse sources assuming they are provided in JPEG format and a less-than-10MB file size. When taken with the SpaceViewer app, images can be uploaded in one click and obtain their ground projection with simplicity.
Currently, images from more than 15 countries are populating the album start-up.
